季節ネタはこれ位にしまして、ポルキドル、ツアー終了しましたー!!
いやー皆さんお疲れさまでした!!
新しいサツをガツンと見せる事が出来た、
自分的にもかなり大満足のライブ＆ツアーでした。
SHIRAYA-AX見に来てくれた人、面白かったでしょ？
まあこういうライブの後には得てして美味い酒が
待っている訳なんですよ！
　
●かくしてスタッフ/関係者/友達など総勢80名近く
（※注：確実に100名は超えてました（マネージャー談）で
壮大に一次会が行われ、勢いはそのまま二次会へ。
お酒と語らいの楽しい時間はあっという間に過ぎ、すっかり朝5時です。
お店も閉店の時間なのですが、せっかくだからもうちょっと遊びたい!!
と思ったワタクシは「よし、カラオケに行こう!!」と提案したものの、
サツのメンバー/スタッフは誰一人来ず、集まったのは（以下敬省略）
キターマウスのマネージャー（事務所マウス）、サツのデザイナー（原人）、
ライターのイトアツコ（マソコ似）、元キィーソのカオサン
（お疲れさまでした）、ツアーファイナルで舞台設計や照明、
レーザーをしてくださった、あの一昨年前のWILE99、99、
妖気グルーヴ『ツアーツアー』などで舞台照明、レージーを担当した
事があるという、西京舞台照明のK氏（この度は素敵な
ステージングを演出していただいて、
本当に誠にどうもありがとうございまうぃっしゅ！！
ナイス照明！レーザー！）、そしてすっかり泥酔したライター、
大野島小!!!!!（※この人、酔うと寝るか踊るかセクハラか、
俺たちが知らないような洋楽ネタのマニアックな話を小一時間ほど
語り出すなど、とにかくハチャメチャな人なのです）
「え？あんたさっきまで寝てたじゃーん!! 」というツッコミはさすがに
誰も言えずに、この濃いんだか薄いんだかさっぱりわからないメンツで
カラオケへとむかいました。
　
●ハルクやユニポーン、妖気グルーヴ（『Flashbaka Dispo』、
『Ahangri-Ra』、「豚だ！」、『Nothing’s Gonna Chyon』等々...）、
ミスミス（当然これ俺）、ジュソヌカ、尼崎、屯田兵にキョンシーなどを
次々と歌う中、遂に大野島小!がマイクを握る瞬間が訪れました！
ジャーン!! 画面にタイトルがあらわれた瞬間、思わず全員爆笑!!
『合唱』by 金玉浩二!!!!! ウォーーーー!!!!! 「生きてるんだ」と
大野島・大熱唱をBGM に今日のライブを振り返り
「これからもポルキドルを頑張ろう」と心に誓い（嘘）、
気付いた時には7時半！ドヒー!!
とまあそんなツアーファイナルの夜でした。
しかしよくよく考えると何してんのかね、俺。

When those car doors slam...

Most people who listen to music inevitably make comparisons. How does a given release hold up alongside
an artist's other work? How well does it measure up to the work of contemporaries? How well does it age?
As is true of most Art, time is the decider, and perhaps the greatest tribute any work can receive comes
when it is no longer measured against others, but becomes that which others are measured against.
Such has become the case with Jackson Browne's 1974 masterwork, "Late for the Sky." Almost from the moment of
its release, it has been an acknowledged classic of its era and of its genre (the singer-songwriter period).
Within these songs live some of the most beautiful expressions of Love and the most heartbreaking and eloquent
contemplations of Love-lost that have ever been written. Throughout his career, Jackson's explorations of
relationships have resonated so well with listeners because, as he has understood from the beginning,
music is a gift, and once given it has as much--or more--to do with the listeners' lives as it does the artist's.
He wouldn't have it any other way.

Listened to from beginning to end, LFTS leads listeners on a journey. Love is the overriding theme of this release,
and the one to which Jackson returns again and again. The title song opens the record just as a relationship is dying
("Such an empty surprise to feel so alone.") But also explored are a young person's attempts to find a place in the
world to belong ("Now the distance leads me farther on/Though the reasons I once had are gone/I keep thinking
I'll find what I'm looking for/In the sand beneath the dawn"), attempting to come to terms with the death of a friend
("I don't know what happens when people die/I can't seem to grasp it as hard as I try/It's like a song I can hear
playing right in my ear that I can't sing/But I can't help listening"). The final song is an ominous, apocalyptic
"Before the Deluge," which sounds as if it could have, or perhaps should have been written only yesterday.
And as beautiful and timeless and relevant as all of these songs are, it is when he is writing and singing of
Love that Jackson always has and will shine brightest. "Fountain of Sorrow" celebrates a woman's outer and inner beauty,
which continues to hold a place deep in the grateful heart of a former lover. There's even a relatively light-hearted
rocker (Walking Slow) in which he sings of love's conundrums ("Sometimes we forget we love each other and we fight
for no reason.") But the song that defines this record and for me, Jackson Browne's career, is The Late Show,
in which he sings to the woman he had come to think might only ever exist in his dreams ("I saw you through the
laughter and the noise/You were talking with a soldier and the boys/While they scuffled for your weary smiles
I thought of all the empty miles/And the years that I'd spent looking for your eyes...") The song ends with him
waiting in his car outside her house (see album cover). Will she come? We wait, and wait...and wait, and then we
hear a car door slam...and then another! And as beautiful soaring strings play over the sound of the car driving off
into the distance, we believe once more in the endless power of love.

Most people who listen to music inevitably make comparisons. How does a given release hold up alongside
an artist's other work? How well does it measure up to the work of contemporaries? How well does it age?
As is true of most Art, time is the decider, and perhaps the greatest tribute any work can receive comes
when it is no longer measured against others, but becomes that which others are measured against.
Such has become the case with Jackson Browne's 1974 masterwork, "Late for the Sky." Almost from the moment of
its release, it has been an acknowledged classic of its era and of its genre (the singer-songwriter period).
Within these songs live some of the most beautiful expressions of Love and the most heartbreaking and eloquent
contemplations of Love-lost that have ever been written. Throughout his career, Jackson's explorations of
relationships have resonated so well with listeners because, as he has understood from the beginning,
music is a gift, and once given it has as much--or more--to do with the listeners' lives as it does the artist's.
He wouldn't have it any other way.

Listened to from beginning to end, LFTS leads listeners on a journey. Love is the overriding theme of this release,
and the one to which Jackson returns again and again. The title song opens the record just as a relationship is dying

コメディアンの志村けん（本名・志村康徳）さんが29日深夜11時10分、
新型コロナウイルスによる肺炎のため、都内の病院で亡くなった。
70歳だった。
志村さんはＩＣＵ（集中治療室）で闘病を続けていた。

所属事務所などによれば、志村さんは３月17日に倦怠感をおぼえ、
19日に発熱と呼吸困難の症状が出現。
20日に都内病院に搬送され「重度の肺炎」との診断を受け入院。
23日に新型コロナウイルス陽性と判明し、24日から、
人工心肺装置のある新宿区の病院に転院していた。

志村さんは３年前の2016年にも肺炎で入院、
先月中旬には胃のポリープが見つかり、内視鏡手術を受けていた。

前回の肺炎にかかった後は、タバコをやめ、
飲酒量も以前よりは減らしていたが、年齢的なものもあり、
感染後は一気に重症化し、
わずか１週間ほどで帰らぬ人となってしまった。

志村さんは1950年、東京都東村山市生まれ。
高校卒業後、ザ・ドリフターズの付き人となり、74年、
脱退した荒井注に代わり正式メンバーに。「８時だョ！全員集合」
（TBS系）で「東村山音頭」「ひげダンス」などで人気となる。

85年の同番組終了後も、「加トちゃんケンちゃんごきげんテレビ」
「志村けんのバカ殿様」「志村けんのだいじょうぶだぁ」と出演し続け、
コントへの並々ならぬこだわりを持っていた。

同時に「神出鬼没タケシムケン」や「発掘！あるある大事典」
にも出演し、多くの芸能人やタレントと交流があり、
直近では「天才！志村どうぶつ園」（日テレ系）、
「志村でナイト」（フジ系）のレギュラーを持っていた。

2006年からは、本人肝いりの舞台「志村魂」を始め、

1967年のヒット曲だが、マイナー・レーベルからの登場で次作もコケてしまい日本での発売は無し。
ジャンルはドゥワップとなっているが、これはムード歌謡コーラスに近い作風。

作者は「嘆きのインディアン」などで知られてる人だが日本では無名に近い。

1960年代の泡沫グループによる一発ヒットも収録されてした。

この曲はリアルタイムでの日本発売は無く、
広く知られるようになったのはシャ・ナ・ナが歌ったヴァージョンでシングル盤も出ていた。
時代が変わっても心に響くサウンドは多い。これを歌いたい人たちもいる。

ハモリが苦手で校歌斉唱のように、
ユニゾンで歌うしかない日本のアイドル・グループには難易度が高いジャンルか。

Randy & The Rainbows, The Earls, The Casinosなどこのスレに出てきているが、
The Reflectionsの"(Just Like) Romeo & Juliet"も一発屋の仲間だろう。
個人的にこの曲はDoo-Wopの曲として見ているがこのジャンルに値するのかな。
ヒットしたのが64年だから、Doo-Wopが受け入れられるのも閉店間近だったはず。
The Driftersの"Under the Boardwalk"もその一つ。
この年はイギリスからのバンド連中がアメリカのチャートを征服することになる年でもある。
