お久しぶりに音量レベルについて問い合わせをしてみた

今後もアップデートして行くらしく
近々、USB-Cポートの外部マイク機能を
開放するとの事です

音量レベルについてはハードウエアーの制限と
言ってて、これ以上求めるのは難しいかもしれない
だからBluetoothマイクなど外部マイクでと言う事か

音量レベルを上げることについてのあなたの要求に関しては、Vmate内部マイクの不十分さは主にハードウェアの制限によるものです。 ファームウェアの新しいバージョンでは、代替ソリューションとしてUSB-Cポートを開いて外部有線マイクに接続します。
とりあえず、ワイヤレスマイクを携帯電話に接続してから、APPの音声入力としてBluetoothマイクを選択することをお勧めします。 これは、高品質のサウンドを録音するための最も便利な方法です。

「Thanks for contacting us. Since a round of frequent firmware updates early this year, the Vmate has come to a comparatively stable phase, many functions have been developed to full functionality. So we have slowed down our pace, to further refine and optimize each feature to a more deliberate status. When any new changes on the firmware or software have passed our technical team's tests and proved stable, it would then be officially released to the public. Before it is officially available please hold your patience for us.

As for your request about raising the volume level, the insufficient of the Vmate internal microphone is mainly due to hardware limitations. In a later version of firmware, we'll open the USB-C port to connect with an external wired mic as an alternative solution.」
For the time being, I recommend you to connect a wireless mic to your phone, then select the Bluetooth mic as audio input in the APP. This is the most convenient method now to record sound with great quality.
